πŸ“–Biography

Helena Kowalska entered the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy in Warsaw, taking the name Sister Maria Faustina. Despite little education, she received extraordinary revelations from Jesus about Divine Mercy. Jesus asked her to have an image painted with the inscription 'Jesus, I Trust in You,' to promote the Feast of Divine Mercy, and to spread the Divine Mercy Chaplet. She recorded these revelations in her Diary, which has become one of the most widely read spiritual works of the 20th century. Though she suffered from tuberculosis and died at 33, her message of God's mercy for sinners has reached millions of people. She was canonized by John Paul II in 2000.

πŸ™Prayer to St. Faustina Kowalska

O Jesus, I trust in Your infinite mercy. You are the source of all graces and mercies. I come to You with confidence, knowing that Your mercy is greater than my sins. Help me to be merciful to others as You are merciful to me. Through the intercession of St. Faustina, help me to trust in Your Divine Mercy always. Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world. Amen.
