📖Biography

Patrick was born in Roman Britain and kidnapped by Irish raiders at age 16. He spent six years as a slave in Ireland, during which he deepened his faith through constant prayer. After escaping and returning home, he received a vision calling him back to Ireland as a missionary. Despite facing hostility from druids and chieftains, Patrick baptized thousands and established the Church throughout Ireland. He used the shamrock to explain the Holy Trinity. His autobiography, the Confession, reveals a humble man driven by God's call. His legacy turned Ireland into a center of Christian learning that later re-evangelized much of Europe.
