Heavenly Father, physician of our souls and bodies, You sent Your only Son to heal the sick and to free us from all infirmities. Visit and heal Your servant (Name) who is suffering from illness. Grant him/her the grace and strength to bear this cross with patience and hope. Bless the doctors, nurses, and caregivers who tend to the sick. Guide their hands and minds with Your wisdom and skill. If it be Your holy will, restore (Name) to health. If this suffering continues, give the grace to endure it and to find meaning in union with Christ's own suffering. We ask this through the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes, St. Raphael the Archangel, and St. Camillus, patron of the sick. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
